Ho’oponopono: A Remedy for the Soul!

It has been an interesting experiment, nevertheless… I personally found that this Ancient Haiwaiian Meditation can help heal your heart, particularly in the time of crisis!!!

I learnt it recently, and practicing it with wonderful results. I am also teaching it in my course and hearing that it is having a profound effect on the psychology and well-being of my students as well.

One of my students, a business woman says, “I have been feeling anxious and frustrated given the recent Corona pandemic that is affecting the entire world. I lost so much business in the last 2 weeks. And I don’t expect the business to return to its normalcy for at least another 3–6 months…” She continued, “The release that I got from doing Ho’oponopono Meditation has been magical. I feel far better and relieved. I seem to understand that I have to simply accept the current scenario, that I need to bless myself that neither I nor my family are not affected otherwise seriously.”

“I couldn’t sleep…” said another student. “I have been getting anxiety attacks. In the nights I am woken up at least twice or thrice. This has been killing my sleep and kept me drowsy, dull and worried during my waking hours,” he explained his issue. “It has been long since I had a good sleep like I did in the last couple of days. Meditating seems to calm myself and let go of the fear and anxiety that I have been holding up. I hope to continue it and reclaim my sleep back.”

There were others who were saying, “I am teaching my daughter also about the technique and asking her to do it as well.”

“I finally am able to sit still and find peace with myself,” said another.

Times of Uncertainty

In such times, I highly recommend each and everyone of you to practice Ho’oponopono meditation. Given it’s simplicity, I suggest you practice whenever and wherever you can…

It has a calm and soothing effect to your heart and soul.

Not only that, you shall also feel peace surrounding yourself and those with you! Especially, when we are stressed both by the fear of the Corona pandemic, as well as the frustrations of the Lockdown!
