Writing is the tool that I use. You can use it. Anyone can use it. To say, as much one want! Like a can emptying itself of water, I need to empty myself of my thoughts. A meditation.

“I need to gunk out!” ~ borrowing from the words of James Greig, “Write. Even if no one reads.” Write, even if you’re not a writer.

An introvert? You must write my brother.

Too many thoughts. Too many stuff for my little brain to hold.

No, I am not writing to be heard. I am writing for myself. I need to write for myself.

‘Mental catharsis!’

World cannot be lonelier than this. I don’t like to meet people, see people. I don’t like to talk, even to my wife. She loves to chat. I like to stay up there — in my head, all by myself. It’s lonely. Many times I could create my own world. I can live my own imaginations.

To make a call, a simple act of returning a call — seems like a war has been declared on my otherwise peaceful introverted world. I survive, most of the times. Or I simply retreat. Usually my best strategy. I avoid conversations. So now you know.

But I’ve so much to say!

Writing helps.

Not the business-y, technical writing. Not writing for others — to communicate, to convey, to express an idea. No, not that stuff.

Expressive writing’ as Prof.Pennybaker, says, ‘can heal wounds’. Not just the battle scars of the mental universe, but the real ones, on your skin, on the physical body. Also, stress becomes manageable; anxiety could be overcome; depression could be helped… Using writing.

I can shake off everything as I write; my sorrows disappear, my courage is reborn.” — Anne Frank

Writing is a self therapy . You won’t believe it until you see it.

Tim Ferriss answers, “ I write for myself, or for a few closed friends” He made a successful business writing for himself? I don’t believe it. But I want to.

I want to write for myself, and be rich and famous. I want to write for myself and be helpful.

The first reason seems more truthful. ‘We work for ourselves’, Naval, says. ‘If someone says I did it for others don’t believe it.’ It’s an image, they want to portray. I wouldn’t disagree.

I want to be my authentic self. Not just survive but thrive. By writing for myself.

Because I am an introvert, and I have so much to say.
